After 2 weeks and 5 days of dieting, I lost total 10lb. I am happy with the result and most of all happy with the fact that I kept it going.
I am looking to lose 10lb or 15lb more by end of this year, by eating healthier and exercise.
I've been doing home exercise consist of weight lifting, yoga, and cardio.
Yoga is the hardest and makes me sweat like no other exercise.
Midterm is over. Tests weren't as hard as I expected and I feel good about them.
It's amazing how many people are buying DSLR around me. I hope we can teach other and improve in our skills together.
I need to get better.
