Quick Update

Yesterday was very unexpected. well, that sounds funny
I took my D90 and 50mm 1.4 with me to the school, thought I would catch some shots.
I didn't take any other lens/flash, NOTHING. Taking few shots while driving and walking around campus, but I couldn't really take anything.

A homeless man walking across the bridge over 101. (this picture was telling me something. you will see..)

After school, I went to KAC. Many things were going on, as usual. And Sharon was acting in front of green screen as if she saw a giant map right on her face.

Then, we prayed for Edward, who's leaving to boot camp to server in Army. Oooh Rah!

And then, out of NO WHERE! Jean tells me that I have to go with her to this press conference.
I wasn't ready. Like I said, I only brought my D90 with 50mm. So I just picked my camera up and went.

I was NOT expecting what I am about to show you.

2009 Compassion / Compassion Band Press Conference.
I knew that In-Pyo Cha (a famouse Korean actor) would be there, but I wasn't expecting other Korean celebrities.

Room full of pros with nice long lens, and I was just standing by myself with 50mm on my tiny little D90.

But that didn't stop me from taking pictures :) because there was my favorite, Hwang-Bo, a famouse Korean singer, whom, in real life, very VERY nice.

They all look tired in this picture, because they JUST flew in from Korea and they haven't caught any sleeping time during the flight.

Hwang-bo.. so pretty.. so nice
I had conversation with her about iPhone and other random stuff. When Jean asked her if she's ok with English she responded with "Suureeeee" in very thick accent. She's so cute :)
and here is In-Pyo Cha, with his wife. lovely couple.

oh ye, I almost forgot about that homeless picture.
At the end of the day, while we were all struggling to figure out what to do for Friday night.
I ended up going to CHMC and help out with praise that we'll be playing for homeless ministry on Saturday. Isn't that crazy?

Oh and I met some great people today.
haha what a random and great day

Sounds like a day well spent :)

Wow, the Cha couple have been together for a long-ass time, considering they're a celebrity couple.

Great pictures :)
