Day after Christmas, I go out and take pictures.
For the longest time, I wanted to go up to Angeles National Forest and check out how it is after huge station fire that went on for months. Things got cleared up mostly, but still the horror from fires left behind. Saw few houses burnt down to the ground. It was heart breaking.
After the fire, Angeles Forest is officially closed to public. You can still drive on the road but you cannot step on or use national forest lands. Meaning, no hiking or anything that might disturb natural recovery of burned area.
This picture is very interesting. While the right part of this gate is all burnt, left side of the forest is all burnt. I have no idea what happend.
Read the sign.
After coming down from the mountain, I picked up Bryan and went to Pasadena.
Sun was setting over the 'suicide bridge'
That sign only applies to motor vehicles on bridge.
Lines, lines, more lines.

Awesome photos. Great light trails. Still a tough situation up there. That fire was a horribly damaging one.
